Project Implementation

Plan, coordinate, and ensure the timely implementation of project activities in line with the proposal.
Develop operating procedures, guidelines, and work plans to achieve project objectives
Team Leadership and Training
Supervise and support Research Assistants to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards.
Plan and deliver research team training in collaboration with Burman University.
Data Collection and Analysis
Oversee the implementation of youth and community-led data collection using ICT tools like ODK.
Coordinate data analysis workshops with the Community Advisory Board to ensure
insights are contextualized, prioritized, and actionable.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of data collection activities and maintain accurate records
Community Engagement
Facilitate the establishment and functioning of a Multi-Stakeholder Community Advisory Board.
Lead participatory research training sessions for youth leaders, community members, and stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate advisory board and steering committee meetings
Advocacy and Knowledge Translation
Represent the consortium in county, national, and international forums.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Oversee the operationalization of Knowledge Translation Hubs to enhance digital literacy and advocacy skills.
Organize community feedback sessions where youth share findings with the broader community using ICT-based approaches
Sustainability and Scale-Up
Participate in the development of concept notes and proposals for new funding opportunities based on lessons learned and identified gaps.
Identify and develop new research-based partnerships to expand or scale up project interventions.
Others
Perform any other tasks appropriate to the post and as assigned by the Project PI or their designee.

Desired Competencies and Minimum Qualifications

Education Masterโ€™s degree in public health or related field
Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in public health research coordination or project management.
Demonstrated experience in gender-transformative programming related to SRHR and CEFM
