Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with booking travel packages, reservations, and other services.
Provide insightful recommendations on travel destinations and activities.
Utilize our reservation systems to check availability and secure bookings.
Process payments and ensure clients receive timely confirmation details.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering top-notch customer service.
Maintain an accurate database of client information.
Offer additional services or upgrades to enhance client experiences.
Contribute to a supportive and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Tour Operation, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in a busy tour and travel environment is an advantage but optional for interns.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in computer skills, including reservation systems and CRM software.
A positive, professional attitude with attention to detail.
