TeleSales Representative at M-KOPA Solar
Job Description
As a Tele Sales Representative, you will actively engage customers through personalized calls, informing them about M-KOPA’s range of Mobility products. By focusing on achieving high conversion rates and adhering to quality standards, you will contribute directly to our mission of empowering customers with affordable and reliable solutions.
In addition to sales, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all leads are properly managed and tracked. Your keen eye for data analysis will help identify trends and improve lead performance, ultimately driving business growth.

This is an on-site role, and you would be working from our offices in Kenya, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets across the UK, Europe, and Africa. You will be reporting to the Sales Operations Manager.
Expertise
We are looking for a results-driven professional who is comfortable working with customer engagement and sales. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
Experience in tele sales, customer service, or related fields
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
A data-driven mindset with experience in using sales or lead management tools
Ability to meet conversion and talk time objectives while adhering to quality standards
Comfortable maintaining accurate records and managing databases
Strong analytical skills to prepare reports and provide insights into lead performance
