Diploma in Mass Media or Technology Education or a related field from a recognized institution of higher learning.
At least three (3) years of working experience in an institution of higher learning/industry

Two (2) copies of the application letter and certified copies of academic certificates, transcripts and professional qualifications together with a curriculum vitae detailing age, marital status, work experience, current post, names and addresses of three (3) referees, one of whom should be your current supervisor/employer.
