Senior Officer – Front Office Liaison at Equity Bank Kenya

Job Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for smooth interaction with asset sellers/dealers and clients, managing inquiries, and providing timely, accurate information about asset finance products and services. He/she will facilitate communication and coordination between the bank’s front office, asset finance sellers/dealers, asset finance teams, branches, and provide overall support to the Relationship Manager – Partnerships & Corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with dealers and communicate effectively, including preparing notification letters.
Conduct data mining to assist the front office in identifying dormant but potential customers for new business opportunities.
Prepare and analyze drawdown requests, following up on renewals.
Handle general sector-related inquiries, both internal and external.
Ensure adherence to internal and external SLAs, maintaining acceptable TAT levels for optimal customer experience.
Implement the overall strategic direction.
Manage general sector administration and report preparation.
Provide support for branch inquiries and customer service.
Qualifications, Experience:
A university degree in management or business-related area from a recognized learning institution.
At least two (2) years of experience in of experience in front-desk management, customer care and marketing & communications.
Strong understanding of credit processes.
