Minimum Requirements

Establish and expand a strong fresh produce export network, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Train and oversee sourcing agents and traders to ensure quality compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in sourcing, fresh produce value chains, quality control, or export operations.
