Role Summary:

A Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for Mwananchi Credit Limited to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
The primary role includes market research, budgeting, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
Qualifications:

The incumbent must be Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Computer literacy and proficiency.
