Sales & Customer Success Executive (Agriculture Sector) at Indepth Research Services (IRES)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring the success of our agriculture sector training and services within the health sector.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Sales & Business Development, Excellent Communication Skills, and a proven track record in building successful relationships with organizations in the Private, Public, and Not-for-Profit sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Exceed sales targets with effective strategies tailored to agriculture.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Foster positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address client inquiries and provide information promptly.
Customer Success:
Ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
Proactively engage with clients and monitor satisfaction.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and develop detailed proposals.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research within the agriculture sector.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adapt strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Horticulture, Agriculture Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and customer success, preferably within the agriculture sector.
In-depth understanding of agriculture training programs and consultancy services for public, not-for-profit, and private organizations is an added advantage.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
At least 2 years experience in any fast-paced company
Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
High-level understanding of computer technology.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
