Job Description

You will help to build and maintain our knowledge assets around banking market sizing. You will leverage our knowledge and tools to serve our clients and bring cutting-edge insights to the banking landscape.
You will have a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of the financial sector worldwide, to further build your data management and analytical skills, and to work in a dynamic business environment.
In this role, you will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from more senior colleagues. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility and work closely with internal McKinsey colleagues as well as external clients.

Qualifications

Post-graduation in finance with a stellar academic record
Strong analytical capability dedication to data accuracy, outstanding attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex relationships
Experienced user of Excel; R/Python/other advanced analytics tool or programming knowledge is a plus
Basic understanding of banking economics and macroeconomics; familiarity with banks’ financial reports is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
