The Valuer is responsible for conducting accurate and timely valuations of plant, machinery, and vehicles across Kenya. This involves physical inspections, market research, data analysis, and preparation of comprehensive valuation reports. The Valuer will adhere to professional valuation standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:

Bachelor’s Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Property Management.
Have a general knowledge of real estate management, and market analysis of real estate projects in major mixed land-use development projects.
Skills in real estate brokerage and property management.
Good business development and networking skills.
Good reporting and team management skills.
Proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets, and confident.
