Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Leading Project Planning:
Coordinating outdoor staff and internal resources.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
Project Documentation:
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Designing risk mitigation plans.
Conducting project reviews.
Reporting:
Creating detailed reports for executive staff.
Optimizing and improving processes and overall approach where necessary.
Team Management:
Managing large and diverse teams comprising welders, painters, signage, and print teams.
Skills:
Written and verbal communication.
Capacity to manage high-stress situations.
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
Leadership skills.
Visionary mindset.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
Must hold a degree/diploma in project management
2-3 years of experience in project management.
