Marketing Officer, Retail Activations & Branch Expansion at I&M Bank
Job Description
PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for Corporate Brand Image & Brand Visibility, Product Positioning Campaigns, and Reputation Management through Public Relations, Advertising, Events and Sponsorships Management and Branding targeted at prospective and existing customers, investors, community, media to create corporate brand awareness, build brand equity and drive product consideration & usage.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Marketing Officer, Retail Activations & Branch Expansion, you will be part of the Bankโs Marketing team and you will report to the Assistant Manager, Personal & Premium Banking, Retail Activations & Branch Expansion and shall be responsible for:
Branding
Handling all Marketing branding requirements within required timelines.
Maintain a record of all stocks of promotional materials and bank banners to ensure no shortages.
Provide a quarterly report of all branding inventory.
Monitor Bankโs visibility /exposure on contracted media – ensure maximum exposure as stipulated in the signed agreements/contracts.
Keep a regular update of contract timelines including quarterly reports.
Branch branding: Conduct Branch quality audits review to confirm branding elements adhere to brand guidelines.
Product Marketing
Development and execution of On Ground Activation plans with third parties and branch teams.
Coordination of branch led activations
Branch Expansion Campaign
Advertising (Agency Relations and Creative Brief developments)
Consult with business segments and develop creative briefs.
Review marketing collateral artworks from Creative Agency.
Brief and oversee the development of designs and production of marketing collateral.
Administrative
Prepare Monthly and quarterly promotional items register.
Dispatch of stationery to branches.
Prepare monthly Marketing Expenditure Reports.
Process marketing invoices.
Liaise with Procurement for quotations and LPOs for Marketing Collateral and Branded gifts.
Budgeting
Prepare budgets for campaigns
Prepare project budgets (New Branches branding budgets).
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or in a related field.
Professional Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications and membership where applicable.
Experience
3+ years of demonstrated working experience in Marketing.
