KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and deploy merchant and customer acquisition plans, rules of engagement, sales processes, route to market, digital marketing, CVM, toolkits, CX support, training manuals and key performance metrics for new digital lending products / enhancements.
Use customer insights and market deep knowledge to develop quick scale to value customer and merchant acquisition programs for all digital lending product innovations /and enhancements.
Leverage sales team insights to develop tactical product uptake campaigns and promotions toolkits to quickly scale digital lending customer numbers and usage growth numbers in line with business expectations.
Work closely with CVM, CX and Product Managers to resolve customer journey pain points across customers, merchants, agents, and partners for new digital lending products / enhancements.
In coordination with other stakeholders prepare and deploy go live launch kits and post launch reviews of new digital lending products in line with the banks innovation procedures and policies
Prepare and deliver new product launch kits / tool kits, execution materials and training manuals for deployment by the growth team.
Resolving any escalated customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Professional qualification/Certification in CPA (K), Marketing, IT etc is an added advantage.
Master’s degree in Business Administration field is an added advantage.
5 years’ work experience in the same or related role, with at least: –
2 years’ experience in Digital products & platforms
3 years’ experience in Business development and sales in fintech or financial services sector.
2 years’ experience in Digital customer engagement
1-year experience in User experience and customer journeys optimization is desired.
2 years’ experience in Digital marketing / product management
3 years’ experience in driving revenue growth and commercial acumen
1-year experience in Project management is desired
