Qualifications and skills

PhD in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Clinical Chemistry specialization) or related field. Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences. Candidates with MSc and strong PhD progress plus 5 years university teaching may be considered
Proficient in biochemical analysis, use of clinical chemistry analyzers, QA/QC in biochemical testing, interpretation of metabolic disorders
At least 3 years of teaching/research in Clinical Chemistry. Evidence of student supervision is an added advantage.
Must be registered and licensed by KMLTTB
Minimum of 24 publication points in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on clinical chemistry or related areas.
