Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Networking: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot clinic network systems, ensuring smooth and secure connectivity.
Website Development and Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain the clinic’s website, ensuring it remains user-friendly, informative, and up-to-date.
Social Media Management: Manage the clinic’s social media platforms, enhancing online presence and engaging with our community.
Telecommunication Technology: Support telecommunication systems, including phone systems and VoIP services, ensuring seamless communication within and outside the clinic.
CCTV Installation and Management: Install, monitor, and manage the clinic’s CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Knowledge: Apply AI tools and technologies to enhance clinic operations, including automation and data management.
Video Editing and Graphic Design: Create, edit, and design engaging video content and graphics for the clinic’s digital platforms, including social media and the website.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT systems, networking, and website development.
Expertise in social media management, telecommunication technology, and CCTV management.
Basic working knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications.
Proficiency in video editing (e.g., using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and graphic design (e.g., using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a simple, user-friendly manner.
