Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement change management strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organisation to build support for change initiatives and ensure their concerns and feedback are addressed.
Identify potential risks and resistance related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Design and deliver training programmes that equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Provide coaching and support to employees, managers and teams to help them navigate the challenges of organisational change.
Track the progress of change initiatives, collect feedback and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure all change management activities comply with organisational policies, employment laws and best practices.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to change across the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in a HR role with a focus on change management, organisational development or similar.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in developing and delivering training and development programmes.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Professional certification (eg CHRP, CIPD, Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
