Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Head Technology, Information and Cybersecurity Risk & Governance will oversee data analytics strategy for TICS and aggregate reporting across all subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage data governance and implementation according to BCBS 239.

Ensure the digitization of key processes within IT.

Advise the Enterprise Architecture board and have sight of all integrating layers providing insights. Conduct risk assessments on the EA optimization.

Polices, standards and procedures operationalization.

Track IT People skills and head count

Audit issues remediation

Improve risk culture through various initiatives.

Review of IT projects and products delivery

Implement data driven quantification of IT and Cyber Security risk management.

Establish a data governance framework compliant with operating jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Master’s/bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field; CISA, PMP, ITIL, Data analytics certification preferred.

10+ years in data analytics, risk management, or cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a leadership role within a financial, Technology or Telco institution.

Proven expertise in AI-driven analytics, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CBK), IT Governance, risk and Controls (IT GRC) and data privacy.

Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects.
