Job Description

To be accountable for the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose product solutions based on unique country requirements (e.g., Home Loans, Unsecured Lending, Card, Savings and Investments, etc.) across the value chain with a focus on digitization and in line with client value propositions. Accountable for product economics; product strategy; portfolio risk appetite; portfolio budget and management of the products’ financial performance for Personal and Private Banking in Kenya .

Experience Required
Products

Personal and Private Banking
8-10 years
Proven track record of delivery in a senior product, financial and risk management capacity in a leading financial institution. Proven track record of interpreting and practicing integrated product, financial and risk management principles. Experience in process re-engineering and change management. Experience in management of financial objectives, both value creation and cost reduction, managing ROE targets considering profitability measures and capital.
