Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
Full-Stack Development (Bonus): Contribute to the development of full-stack applications using React and back-end frameworks like Node.js or Django, ensuring smooth integration of AI technologies.
AI/ML Pipelines: Build and optimize pipelines for data processing, model training, testing, and deployment, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to translate product visions into technical solutions. Lead AI-related projects and make architectural decisions that influence the company’s future.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Continuously explore advancements in AI and software development to bring innovative solutions to our products.

Qualifications:

AI/ML Expertise: Deep experience in machine learning, particularly with NLP and LLMs. Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in full-stack development is a plus, particularly with React for front-end and frameworks like Node.js, Flask, or Django for back-end development.
Data Engineering: Experience building data pipelines and deploying models in production environments. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
DevOps for AI: Knowledge of setting up CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models and deploying them in scalable cloud-based environments.
Startup Experience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with minimal supervision, and comfort taking ownership of projects.
