Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of guest service.
Proactively enhance guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve hotel and departmental goals, including revenue targets and cost control.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and collaboration.
Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and optimize inventory while maintaining productivity.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive success.
Implement programs that elevate service standards, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining thorough documentation for audits and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Food & Beverage management with strong problem-solving skills.
