Fleet Management System Clerk at Volt Management Services Limited
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage fleet operations using the Fleet Management System.
Track and document the dispatch and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver assignments, and fuel consumption.
Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Assist in planning and scheduling vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.
Generate reports on fleet performance and provide insights for improvements.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to fleet management.

A Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business administration or a related field.
Familiarity with fleet management systems and logistics software is desirable.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
