Job Summary

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Deputy Claims Manager shall be responsible for managing the administrative, co-ordination and operations of the Claims, Legal, & Investigations Department, including supervising staff in the section.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Commerce or Law or other related studies
Diploma in Insurance is a must
ACII or FCII qualifications will be added advantage
At least 5 years’ experience at a senior level in relevant position
Good knowledge of non-motor claims processes
