Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our collections team. The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing missed payment procedures, handling a high volume of emails and calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the departmentโs daily operations.
Required qualifications :
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
Capacity to analyze multiple factors within a file to determine the best outcome for both the client and the company
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and process a high volume of emails and calls efficiently
Assets / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Experience in collections or a related field
Bilingualism (especially in Spanish or French) is a strong asset
A prior experience with a North American company would be considered a valuable asset.
