Responsibilities

Deep Proactive Engagement: Lead collaborations, leverage resources, and drive strategic conversations internally and externally.
Strategic Selling: Develop pricing scenarios, conduct competitive analysis, and act as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
Sales Process Optimization: Lead sales and management teams, craft deals, handle objections, and develop deal strategies.
Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities, secure upsells, and create customer-centric offers.
Compliance and Risk Management: Drive adherence to commercial solutions policy, assess and escalate risks, and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance.
Negotiation Leadership: Partner with leaders to negotiate complex commercial terms and drive accountability for negotiation outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:

7+ years of sales and negotiation experience (essential)
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or related field) AND 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience
OR equivalent experience

Preferred

9+ years of sales and negotiation experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience
OR Master’s Degree AND 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience
OR equivalent experience
