Job Description

Scope of Work
The objective of this Scope of Work is to prequalify Kenyan consultants to deliver targeted organizational development and capacity-strengthening technical assistance to Kenyan organizations on an as-needed basis. Specific tasks, deliverables, and timelines will be defined when SoCha contacts the individuals to request technical services. Technical assistance and capacity-strengthening activities may include delivering services in the following illustrative technical and functional areas:

Organizational Capacity Assessments
Cyber Security
ERP implementation and change management
Procurement and supply chain management
Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA)
Gender and youth
Safeguarding and Social inclusion
