As a Business Development Manager CTS, your mission is to grow the regional business, manage distributors, and position Atlas Copco as the preferred partner. Reporting to the Business Line Manager CTS, you’ll collaborate with engineering and service teams to drive effective service sales strategies
You will
Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors and key accounts to strengthen partnerships and regional presence.
Coordinate training for distributor sales and operations teams to boost performance and product knowledge.
Follow up on key accounts and key projects – build sustainable relationship with all stakeholders.
Work closely with other sales engineers and CT for support on leads and opportunities generated.
Create stock list and manage the reorder levels for all distributors.
Recruit new customers, distributors/resellers to increase presence in all countries covered.
Develop a pricing strategy that ensures profitability
Work with key Region customers on major spare parts and service contracts.
Feet on the street and distributor support (Hybrid strategy): includes sales visits, hotlist review, order follow up, stock monitoring.
Arrange quarterly distributor review meetings and invite respective stakeholderโs to participate.
Promote Connectivity and Optimization solutions to drive regional growth ensuring in line with divisional strategic goals.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, including field sales and territory management.
Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a Business related field.
Industrial sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, SAP and CRM tools.
Proactive, flexible and self-motivated.
