Job Description
FUNCTION
The position is responsible for assisting the Manager – Marketing in developing, planning, implementing and monitoring the marketing strategy of the business. The principal accountabilities include:
Recommend opportunities to be incorporated in the marketing strategy based on the Company’s objectives and current trends
Identify, analyse and recommend marketing opportunities for all AutoXpress branches which include outdoor signage, in-store communication merchandise, in-store marketing opportunities and marketing activations
Identify, analyse and recommend marketing opportunities for new AutoXpress branches which include outdoor signage, in-store communication merchandise, in-store marketing opportunities and marketing activations
Ensure all external branch branding is well maintained and replaced when required
Assist the Franchise Manager in carrying out marketing opportunities for the franchise
Understanding and aligning the brand accordingly to maintain brand equity
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and management of events, as and when required
Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure creation of artwork, photo, video and layout designs used for advertising, broadcast and web communication
Ensure delivery of high-quality marketing materials and services from suppliers consistent with the AutoXpress brand
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or related field with a marketing option from a recognized university
Post graduate qualification from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), is an added advantage
At least 2 years experience at the same level in a marketing field
Computer literacy in MS office packages
