Bancassurance – Relationship Manager Provider, Education & Wellness at KCB Bank Kenya

Job Description

1. Coordinate a database of statistics and narratives for tracking progress and efficacy of treatments and chronic disease program outcomes.

2. Improve business retention by engaging & communicating disease awareness, health conferences and wellness initiatives to customers
3. Analyze ailment reports for loss making schemes and offer disease prevention interventions.
4. Develop and manage a new business product that covers the wellness needs of Bancassurance clients to enable them to access services within the wellness ecosystem
5. Support initiative in the wellness loyalty card program.
6. Liaise and collaborate with other relevant clinical specialist services within the country, primary healthcare and other stakeholders in the public, non-governmental and private sectors, as well as consumers, in relation to the coordination of care of clients with chronic diseases.
7. Support and coordinate the chronic disease management program model of care.
8. Facilitate healthcare providers’ accreditation and relationship management with internal and external clients and be custodian of providers contracts.
9. Leverage marketing initiatives are being undertaken by Bancassurance retail and corporate teams to drive well-being awareness
10. Working with the digital team to support online platforms for health products & wellness initiatives

Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Bachelor of science in healthcare related field /Nursing/Clinical Medicine
Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance
