MTTI/HR/12: ASSISTANT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT II
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will entail: receiving, storing, shelving, labelling and issuing of stores under supervision; reconciling and maintenance of stock records; posting and updating of issued stores to the automated ledger; identifying idle stores and equipment cleaning and ensuring neatness of the stores and any other assigned lawful duty.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Served satisfactorily in the position of Supply Chain Management Assistant III,or its equivalent for a minimum of three (3) years;
Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management/Stores Management from a recognized institution;
Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution; and
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Valid certificate of good conduct
Must be an active member of KISM
