The role of the Agent Engagement Specialist is to focus on building, engaging and enabling our New and Existing Blue Tier agents, Reactivation of Inactive agents and Recruitment of New Agents via tele-sales.
This role is to partner our Agents within the assigned portfolio/territory to position Study Group as the provider of choice for Higher Education delivered through our range of higher education products thus driving studentsβ recruitment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide product and process training to agents
Primary point of contact for all assigned partner enquiries, providing prompt and clear responses to maximize leads
Manage and expand our channels’ network with a focus on depth of relationship, ensuring adherence to SLA’s
Gather information from partners on competitor activity, enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
Identify growth opportunities
Geographical Scope: East, West and South Africa
ABOUT YOU:
Fluent in English + Native or any other foreign language will be advantageous
Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
Strong positive attitude
Comfortable in high-pressure environments
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of international education systems
Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Cold calling experience preferred
