Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage petty cash, process vouchers, and reconcile bank transactions using QuickBooks.
Prepare donor financial reports, budget vs expenditure reports, and cash flow projections.
Oversee procurement plans and vendor management.
Assist in training logistics, conferences, and transport scheduling.
Review and approve operational invoices.
Vacancy Requirements:
Bachelorβs Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. Mandatory
CPA II certification or equivalent. Mandatory
Strong organizational and time management skills. Mandatory
Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports. Mandatory
