Requirements for Appointment:

PhD in Health Systems Management, Health Services Management, or any other related field from a recognized institution;
Master’s Degree in Health Systems Management or Public Health or Strategic Management or related field from a recognized institution ;
Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Systems Management or equivalent from a recognized institution ;
Be a registered member of the Health Systems Management Association (HESMA);
A Valid HESMA Membership Certificate;
At least Three (3) years of Teaching experience at University level in research or in industry with a minimum of Three (3) Publications (Special Case.

OR (is Special Case)

A Master’s degree in Health Systems Management, Strategic Management or a related field and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Systems Management, Strategic Management or related field from accredited and recognized institution. At least Three (3) years Teaching Experience at University level or in research or in industry ; Registered member of the Health Systems Management Association (HESMA); valid HESMA membership certificate.
