Invoicing Clerk at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group
Job Description
The successful candidate will handle invoicing duties, ensuring accuracy in billing, and assist with other financial tasks as required. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth financial operations and providing timely invoicing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices for customers and suppliers.
Ensure all invoices are accurate and properly documented.
Record and track payments, ensuring timely collections.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain up-to-date invoicing records in the accounting system.
Reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues.
Support the finance team with data entry and report generation.
Assist in preparing financial statements and other reports as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the finance department.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Finance or Accounting (Bachelor’s degree in Finance is an added advantage).
CPA qualification is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with Sage accounting software is an added advantage.
