This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance and Operations Officer at Space and Style Ltd in Juja. The officer will be responsible for :

Daily financial and operational tasks: including managing operations, overseeing finances, and ensuring effective communication within the company.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Expertise in creating and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Cost Management: Knowledge of cost control techniques and identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
Cash Flow Management: Ability to manage cash flow, ensuring the organization has adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
Financial Modelling: Proficiency in building financial models to analyze scenarios and support decision-making.
Financial Software Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and partners to optimize financial outcomes.
Long-term Planning: Ability to contribute to long-term financial and operational strategies and align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, suppliers, and clients.

Finance knowledge and experience
Proven experience in operational management
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional certifications such as CPA are highly desired
ICPAK Membership highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus
