Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and providing them with the assistance they need.


Responsibilities:

– Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat

– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

– Assist customers with account-related inquiries, loan applications, and payment-related issues

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

– Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Familiarity with online-lending applications is a plus
